Ballet Fitness is a combination of classical ballet technique and conditioning exercises. It is designed for adults and teens of all levels and abilities who want to increase their strength, alignment, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment through the study of ballet!

Ballet Fitness will be tailored to absolute beginners and those with some dance experience. If you have a student at the Dance Garden and have wanted to try ballet yourself, here is your chance!

WEDDING DANCES: Learn the Waltz, Foxtrot, Hustle and Rumba, four
amazing dances that will allow you to confidently dance at weddings, par-
ties or just a night out with your partner. Focus on connecting with your
partner by having fun dance steps in your back pocket!

CLUB DANCES: Learn the Lindy/Swing, Salsa/Cumbia, Merengue and
Bachata, four exciting and flirty dances that will get your blood flowing and
your body moving. Learn fun and easy combinations with spicy styling that
you can take with you on your next night out!

Tap for Adults is an introduction to Tap technique and Broadway style choreography for absolute beginners. Tap dancing is a fun way to benefit physical, mental and emotional health. Train through the techniques that define Hip Hop dance with choreographed routines. Showcase your progress at events and showcases held by the studio and other organizations. Whether you're looking to get fit, have fun, or develop new dance skills, join us for a high-energy workout that combines music, movement, and self-expression.
