Tap Fitness is an introduction to Tap technique and Broadway style choreography for absolute beginners. Tap dancing is a fun way to benefit physical, mental and emotional health. Get a great workout while improving balance, coordination, concentration, and memory. Shake off stress while learning new dances in a fun and supportive environment!
