School Tour

Each Fall semester, students from the Dance Garden audition for a dance performance OR Musical. This year, we will take this show to local elementary schools as many times that we can book during the week of December 7th.

We call this TOUR and it is the closest experience of what a professional dancer’s life is like that I can offer my students. Dance teaches self-discipline, strength and flexibility of mind and body, team work, self-confidence and an alternative way to deal with the stressors of life.

Teachers and schools like our shows because they are unique in another way: children performing FOR children!

The experience is inspiring for the young audiences watching and boosts the performance level of the DG dancers! The performance is followed by a short Q&A period by the young performers!
