My daughter has been in dance classes with Ms. Marian for the past two years. Ms. Marian is great at keeping her students focused and you can tell she genuinely loves working with kids.
At the end of most classes there is a short performance for the caretaker to watch. And classes are listed at an hour, but prepared to be flexible by about 10-20 minutes depending on the day.
